IQT, a Research and Development and Production company for chemical specialties and other products and services has set up its Integrated Management System
(SGI - Sistema de Gestão Integrada, in portuguese) in accordance with the NBR ISO 9001:2000 Standards and the Responsible Care Program in order to: • Meet current and future expectations of employees, customers, market, suppliers and shareholders; • Meet all legal requirements for activities and needs as set forth by the Organization; • Provide the continuous improvement of employees, processes, products and services; • Identify, assess and control on an ongoing basis the Safety and Occupational Health risks to minimize chemical hazards and ergonomic issues; • Prevent pollution, increase natural resources awareness and minimize dangerous waste disposal and waste water; • Keep communication channels with the internal and external communities; • Recommend good practices for preventing pollution and safety workplace to customers and suppliers. |
